Conditions:

1. Applications duly filled and completed in all respect with 2-attested photographs, copies of experience certificates, education, domicile and copy of CNIC should reach the office of the Assistant Registrar (Admin) along with Pay Order/Bank Draft (any bank) or through bank Challan from HBL Quaid-i-Azam University Branch of Rs.1,000/- non-refundable drawn in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad on or before 15 days from the date of publication of advertisement, during office hours.
2. Application form may be obtained/downloaded either from Administration Section/Admin Block of the University or from university please visit

3. Incomplete applications or the applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

5. Applicants already working in Government/Semi Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel supported with service certificate and NOC issued by the present employer. However, the University may entertain advance copies.
6. Selected candidates will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University.
7. The University reserves the right not to fill/accept or reject application(s) without assigning any reason.
8. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions at any stage.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
